You'll Be With Me, Like a Handprint On My Heart
I've been reminded over and over again this week how lucky I have been in so many of my friendships. Last Sunday we had a lesson on friendship in which I was reminded how I can be a better friend and it made me admire so many qualities I see in my friends. In each phase of my life I've relied a lot on the amazing women around me and they have helped shape who I am. I love the sisterhood I am surrounded by. Heavenly Father certainly knows what people I've needed around me and when. In an LDS General Conference , Elder Marlin K. Jensen said, "I pray that we will now be to others what He is to us: a true friend. At no time will we be more Christlike than when we are a friend." Thanks to so many of you who have lived up to that. I'm flooded with memories of friends lifting me up when I needed it, making me laugh, and just listening to me babble.
