Life After Wedding
Well, life after our wedding has been fabulous for the Porters. Our home finally looks like a home (although i'm sure it will look even more like it once we get wedding pictures up. :-)) Here is a peek into what's been going on (starting with the latest and greatest and moving back on the timeline):
My sister, Rebekah had her baby in the last couple of weeks!! James Terry Stay is our newest nephew and we are so excited for the new family addition. He is my sister's first child and he's DARLING!
We spent a couple of days back up at the cabin Memorial Day weekend with friends and family.
We lucked into some Salt Lake City Bee's baseball tickets due to Jayce and Josh being such great coaches for the Jr. Jazz bastketball team they coached last winter. Not only did we get to go to the game for free, but because the Bee's won, we got free scones from Sconecutter and free slushies from Sonic. Free=GREAT in our book.
Rebekah graduated from Bon Losse Academy just a week or two before having her little baby boy. She also spoke at graduation, I might add. :-)
I chopped 8 1/2 inches off of my hair. :-) I've been waiting for that for quite some time.
Jayce and I our first day back from our honeymoon-getting right down to the nitty gritty in our apartment. We had been scrubbing and painting all the day long and decided to top it all off with some Panda Express.
It had been a long day.

President Porter decided to join us up at the cabin!
At the hot springs on our honeymoon.
Jayce and I decided to relive our Narnia Engagement by watching Prince Caspian, which shows the beach where we got engaged in one of the scenes, while eating Tim Tams, one of our favorite sweets from New Zealand. (Thanks to Sister Porter for bringing them out to us!)

Jayce and I took the 4 wheelers out while up at the cabin.
