CAMERON One of Cam's biggest pals is Lilly and I absolutely love watching them play together because they actually play . They pretend to sneak up on monsters in closets (thank you Monsters, Inc.), they pretend to have picnics, they chase each other, they just have so much fun together. A couple of weeks ago at a play date my friend walked back there to check on one of her kids to find Cameron and Lilly holding baby dolls. Kelly walks in and Cameron looks at her with the biggest smile and all the innocence in the world and says, "WE'RE MAKING BABIES!!!!!" Cute side note on Lilly, I got this text from her mom a couple of days ago: "We have Piano Guys playing in our home. Lilly is dancing around singing, 'I'm gonna marry Cam! Mommy's gonna marry Daddy! Jayce had President's Day off because he had just finished a course the Friday before, so we had a relaxing weekend. We had gone on a family walk on Valentine's Day and while we were out we saw several rollerbladers. Needless to say, Jayce got the itch. We decided we'd have to bust those suckers out on Monday, and we did! Cameron loved chasing Jayce up and down the trail, but couldn't decide what he thought about riding with him. This might have had something to do with Jayce falling flat on his bum while holding him. :-) Jayce had been cruising for several minutes already when he asked Cameron if he wanted and ride. Jayce picked Cam up, skated about 5 feet forward and ka-boom! (Ohhhhh I so wish I caught it on film!) His skates just went right out from under him and down they went. I know all ten of you that read this blog were really concerned, so I just thought I'd jump back on after 7 months just to let you know the Porter's are still kickin'! (or screaming, or tantrumming, or giggling...really anything fits) Latest and greatest in the Porter apartment: Benson Jackson King Cameron Watch out for this one future daughter-in-law--he drools!
