Zip Lining
For Christmas I gave Jayce this coupon:
I found a Groupon for zip lining and thought, "LET'S DO IT." So, we finally cashed in this week as a fun finish to Jayce's spring break. We got to do 7 seven zip lines across one big ravine. The lines got longer and higher as we went on and it was all and all really fun.
We got a little lost on the way there and I underestimated how long it would take to get there (whyyyy do I not leave these map things up to Jayce?) so we ended up being about 20 minutes late, but luckily we had a nice group that didn't mind.
First we were driven in this white jeep thing to get up to the zip lines. It wasn't a long trip, but it was a ride all in itself! We were sitting in the back of that truck holding on to those handles on the ceiling for dear life. Thank you Carl for not killing us...even though you kind of tried to?
You probably can't see it, but Jayce is upside down on this line!
Conquerors!
At the end you get to sign just about anything you can grab--your helmet, the shack with all the gear, the porch, or the car.
Some videos!
Here is Jayce going side-ways Superman style.
My favorite was going upside down. :-) I earned the nickname "Ballerina" with one of our guides too.
Loved the pics and videos---you guys are gutsy! I haven't been on your blog in forever, so it was fun to catch up on all the boys and their activities! What an adorable family!
