We Have a Confession...!

Sooo...how do I put this any other way? We are pregnant. :-) Wanna know something else a little crazy? Not only are we having baby #2, we are also having baby #3 at the same time. Say what??!! It's true, you can believe your eyes...we are having twins. (!) Mind blown? Mine was! I'm technically due May 21 (two days before Cam's bday) but full term for twins is really 37/38 weeks, so they will most likely come early May. At least I'm hoping that I will make it until May...! I've been documenting most of the exciting stuff in "unpublished" blog posts, but instead of writing most of it again I'll just post them and share the links!

Here is the story about how we found out there were two babies on the way:

Friends and family were really excited when we announced that we were pregnant with Cameron, but I must say that the reactions this time around have been truly epic and it's been really funny!
I've been writing those down too, so here is a link to that if you wanna read all about it:

And here are the wee babes! (Are you used to that yet? "babes" "babies" "They are due in may." I just barely got used to it)
Here is the first ultra sound when I was 6 weeks or so:

These are a few from my most recent 12 week ultra sound:

Sooo..twins are considered a "high risk" pregnancy which is a little nerve racking, but at the same time has a nice perk! Every time I go in for a check-up I get an ultra sound. Man oh man do I love those ultra sounds and my technician ROCKS. She's really personable and really experienced. Last time I actually got to watch Baby A moving around!

  1. Wow!! Congrats on twins guys!! Another couple from our college married ward having twins! How funny. You've already had so many ultrasounds. I didn't get that many with my twins, course we didn't find out until 18 weeks! I'll be excited to hear if they are the same gender or not! But, seriously, congrats. Twins are hard, but also such a blessing! They are the best of friends now and adorable. :) If you ever need advice about something, let me know.

  2. OH man goodness!!! That's awesome! Twins mean you only have to go through pregnancy once to get two babies! I would think the hardest part would be just the first year because later they will just play together and be less work??? Or maybe not! But AWESOME!
