Cameron's Bday Activities

Image
I asked Cameron what he wanted to do that morning and he said he wanted to go to the zoo, so to the zoo we went! This is Cameron trying to tell me how old he is with his fingers. It takes a lot of concentration. ;-) After the zoo, Cameron helped me make the peanut butter cookies for his birthday party the next day. I rolled the dough into balls and he placed them on the cookie sheet. He did a pretty good job, don't you think?! The next day we had Cameron's first birthday party with friends. It was really low key.  The party was centered around Cameron's favorite things. The color yellow, balloons, balls, pizza, running around, and cookies. Cameron got really excited about his cousin Porter's arrival. He was kind of like Cameron's new shiny toy to show off to his friends. He just started yelling, "Hey guys, look it's Porter!! Hey guys, it's my Porter!!" So sad we won't have the Nardizzles around next year!!! ...

Happy birthday to my Cambajamba! He is officially a few days older than 3 and I have to say I think he had a pretty fun birthday. It's so fun to watch him get more and more into every year. Nodding the whole time like it's a set, done, brilliant plan. He still absolutely loves being outside. Now that the weather is warm he wants to go outside all the time to just run around and be a toddler. This kid could seriously run a good 2 miles on the trail I think! He still loves playing anythi...

Happy Birthday Twins!

Ben and Jack are ONE YEAR OLD! I feel like the year has flown by, but at the same time it's hard to remember a time without either of them. They are precious to me. So, so, so precious. *heart squeeze* One of the most fun things is seeing how different all three of our boys are, especially Jack and Ben since we can watch them grow side by side. I've often heard, "Well every baby's different!" but it wasn't until I had Jack and Ben that I've wanted to be like, "WHOA! BABIES ARE SO DIFFERENT! CHECK OUT HOW DIFFERENT THESE BABIES ARE!!" Don't get me wrong, these two little boys also have a lot in common, but their sweet and vibrant personalities are very individual. Benson:  Ben has ptosis in his right eye, which is why his eye lid doesn't open quite all the way. We will take it as it comes and see what needs to be done about it later, but for now I think it makes him look dashing. :-) Ben loves eating bananas, but can ge...
