City Creek, Zupas, and Birds

The girls also went to City Creek on Lindsey's last day here. I love that place. Not so much for the shopping as for the set-up and fun stuff they did to it. It's so fun to just walk around it because of all the water features that they have. They have the coolest fountain things I've ever seen...don't even know how to describe them but you should go check them out if you haven't, a splash pad for kids, and a creek that runs the whole length of the mall. And did I mention this is smack dab in the middle of downtown Salt Lake? Like it, love it, want some more of it.

On the way home Cameron was getting pretty fussy, so I handed him something I know will keep him entertained for a while: my wallet. That kid is going to rob me for all I'm worth some day. He takes out every single little thing and looks it over like he's assessing it's value, haha.

Just because they are cute:

We wrapped up Lindsey's visit at Zupas...will I ever get sick of this place? I dare to say that I will always love Zupas.

So, funny story. We rarely ever use the front door these days because there is a tiny nest of birds nestled behind the fake flowers on the wreath on the front door. You don't use it unless you want to be scared out of your wits by a mama bird flying at your face. It is quite comical when people come to the door to see the little surprise though. I wish we had a video camera out there to catch everybody's reactions. :-)

Anyways, the perfect little blue eggs (Really they were so perfect. They looked just like Cadbury Eggs.) hatched a few days ago. Here are the wee ones:

Here is an awesome video Mom Porter got of the hatching:

And another video the next day...already so fluffy!
